Juvenile Justice provides:
1. concept of law, which allows freely to take away children from their parents and give them to third persons;
2. the definitions in the law are very wide and freely interpretable and provide reasons for removing children from their families;
3. create a system of public institutions, which controls parents (including encouraging children to report on parents "offenses") and remove children from their families;
4. implementation exaggerated standards for children rights, monitoring methodology of those exaggerated standards and removing of children as the penalty for non-compliance of exaggerated standards.
